3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts 1/2 cup unsweetened medium-flaked coconut 1/3 cocoa 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 cups SPLENDA granular 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, cocoa and salt. In saucepan, combine splenda, milk and butter; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Removie from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture; stir to combine well.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto paper. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes.
makes 4 dozen.
