2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1 cup heavy whipping cream 3 packets artificial sweetener (Equal type recommended) 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla. A mixer or food processor works great for the mixing.
whip heavy whipping cream in separate bowl.
Fold in whipping cream to cream cheese mixture. PRess into pie pan, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
* This recipe is crustless but if you would like to add a graham cracker crust..... 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers 1 packet artificial sweetener 2 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Press into a 9" pie pan.
