Rasin Bread for Bread machine 1 1/4-C. Water 2-Tbs. Margarine or butter 3 1/4-C. White flour or bread flour 1/4-C. Sugar 1 1/2-teas. Salt 1-teas. Cinnamon 3 1/2 teas. Active dry yeast OR you can use 3 teas.bread machine or quick-acting active dry yeast. 3/4-C Raisins at beep or after first kneading.
Add the ingredients in the order in which given to the bread machine pan and bake on the sweet bread cycle and I use a light crust and 1.5 loaf size. I also take out 2 teaspoons of the water and add that much vanilla.
