CHOCOLATE CHERRY BREAD 1 pound loaf: 2/3 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 cups bread flour, or all-purpose 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast 1/2 cup snipped dried tart red/bing cherries 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1.5 pound loaf: 1 cup milk 1 egg 3 Tbs butter or margarine 3 cups bread or all purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened 1/3 cup sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp active dry yeast 2/3 cup snipped dried tart red/bing cherries 1/3 cup chopped pecans Load in machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Setting is same as for regular egg breads.
