2 Tablespoons olive oil 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped 8 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/3 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin salt to taste 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh green parsley leaves, minced
Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, black pepper, cumin, salt, and lemon juice to mushrooms. Cook 5 more minutes. Removed from the heat and garnish with parsley.
Serves 4
