Makes 16 appetizer settings
8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves 2 cups milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 cups all purpose flour Vegetable oil
Cut each breast into 4 strips
Combine strips, milk & next 3 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy duty zip lock bag. Cover or seal and chill 4 hours.
Remove chicken, discarding marinade. Dredge in flour.
Pour oil to depth of 2" into a large dutch oven; heat to 350 degrees. Fry chicken in batches, 5-6 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
