2 cups non-fat, plain yogurt 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Combine all the ingredient in a blender for 15 seconds. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
Use with fish, sandwiches and vegetables
