1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup diced celery 2 or cans of stewed tomatoes 1/8 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce 1 or 2 bay leaves 1 can okra 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup margarine 1 beef booullion cube 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 clove or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 - 1 pound shrimp 1 can crabmeat
Saute green pepper, onion, and celery in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes, boullion, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, tobasco sauce, sugar, and bay leaves.
Cover and simmer about 1/2 hour. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Bring to boil then cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
