IRMA'S SALSA 2 (28oz each) cans whole peeled tomatoes 8 cloves garlic 3 fresh jalapenos, seeds and ribs removed 1 bunch green onions, chopped Juice of 4 small limes 1 bunch cilantro, remove bulk of stems 2 teaspoons garlic salt 2 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons salt ground black pepper to tste Put all ingredients into the blender and blend. the longer you blend, the smoother the salsa will be.
