Saute for 5 minutes: 2 teasp. olive oil, 1 small onion (chopped fine) 2 cloves minced garlic Add: 2 large grated carrots 1 yellow squash- grated 1 zucchini squash - grated Cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and add: 1 1/2 cups oatmeal 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 Tlb. soy sauce 1 Tlb. beef boullion Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form into patties and coat in flour Cook in pan with a tiny bit of olive oil. You can also add canned tuna to the mix, (drain well)
