Ingredients:
12 oz. spaghetti or other spiral style pasta 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 4 oz. ricotta cheese 4 oz. sour cream 2/3 cup half-and-half 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt Already prepared meat spaghetti sauce, a few cups worth, heated through Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350-f degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. 2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sour cream, ricotta, half-and-half, mozzarella, oregano, basil, pepper, garlic, salt, and half the Parmesan cheese. Add spaghetti and toss until well coated. 3. Pour spaghetti mixture into a greased 8"x8" pan. Top spaghetti with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover dish and bake 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbling and hot. 4. Remove pasta from oven. Cut into squares and top with prepared, warmed meat sauce.
