2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1. IN a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Transfer to a greased 11x7" baking dish. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and bubbly. Makes: 4-6 servings
