1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 bunch (6) green onions (green & white parts), minced 1 Tablespoon dry mustard 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Place all the ingredients in a blender or medium size nonreactive bowl and blend well.
Makes 2-1/4 cups
This marinade really brings out the flavor of vegetables on the grill or smoker.
