1/4 cup cloves garlic, minced 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoons granulated cane sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Makes 2-1/4 cups
