2 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons chopped onion one 4 oz can green chilies, chopped 1 tomato, diced 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste one 15 oz can black beans with jalapenos 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz block Velveeta Mexican cheese product, diced one 3 oz pkg cream cheese, diced
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the onions and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the green chilies, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook for 5 minutes longer.
Add the beans and cheeses, and simmer until hot and bubbling. Serve hot with corn tortilla chips.
