4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tablespoons lemon juice dash of Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm over broiled fish.
Yield: 1/2 cup
