1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 pkg (3 oz) ramen noodles, any flavor, finely crushed* 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 1/2 lgs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1X2-1/2" strips 1/2 cup vegetable oil
*discard seasoning packet.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, crushed noodles, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper in large bowl. Place egg in shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg; shake off excess. Coat with crumb mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in batches about 5 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Serve with Spicy Tomato Dipping Sauce.
