CHINESE CHICKEN Heat: 1 Tlb. oil in skillet Add: 2 cups cooked diced chicken 5 green onions (sliced with the tops) 4 stalks celery, sliced 3 carrots, thinly sliced 4 cups shredded cabbage Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes Dissolve: 1 Tlb. cornstarch in 1 cup chicken broth and add to veggies. Add: 2 Tlb. Soy sauce Cook until heated through. Serve over Chow mein Noodles
