Ingredients
1-3/4 cups OREO Chocolate Cookie Crumbs 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, divided 2 eggs 2/3 cup corn syrup 1/3 cup whipping cream 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
Preparation
Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and 1-1/4 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Microwave 1-1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) of the chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Place eggs, corn syrup, cream and vanilla in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add cream cheese, blending until smooth. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour into crust.
Bake at 325°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Melt remaining 1/2 pkg. (2 oz.) chocolate just before serving; and drizzle over cheesecake.
