CHERRY CREAM PIE
Serves 8
1-ounce box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup low-fat milk 1 cup low-fat sour cream 1 teaspoon almond flavoring 9-inch low-fat graham cracker pie shell 20-ounce can sugar-free cherry pie filling
Whisk pudding mix, milk and sour cream together until well combined; add almond flavoring. Pour into pie shell.
Spread pie filling over the cream layer. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
