Sugar-Free Apple Pie
4 C. Sliced apples 1/2 C. Apple juice concentrate 1 1/2-2 tsp. Tapioca, cornstarch or flour 1 tsp. Cinnamon, nutmeg or apple pie spice 2 crust pastry
Preheat oven 425 Toss all the filling ingredients together. Put in a pie shell and top with another crust. Seal edges and cut a few slits in top. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min. Then bake 325 for 35-45 min.
