15 Minute Lemon Cheesecake Yield: 6 Servings 1/3 c. Splenda 1 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/2 c/ Melted Butter or Margarine 8 oz. (250g) Cream Cheese 2 c. Milk 1 Pkg. sugar free Instant Lemon Pudding Mix your splenda, crumbs, melted butter together and press into pie pan and bake at 350F for 10 Minutes or until set - do not burn. I use a 9 x 9 pan. Mix cream cheese until smooth, add 1/2 c. milk and blend until creamy smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding mix, beating until well mixed. Pour into cooled pie shell and chill. QUICK, EASY, LIGHT AND GREAT TO EAT.
