Sugar Free Fudge 2 packages (8 oz each) nonfat cream cheese 2 squares (1 oz each) Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled slightly 24 packets Equal ( equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar substitute) or 1/2 cup Splenda 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup walnuts
In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Pour into an 8 by 8 inch foil lined pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Yield: 16 squares. Serving size: 2 squares Diabetic exchange: 1/2 fat and 1 milk
